Feels like this is almost over....3/4 of the way through.
[updated on day 80] For those of you jumping in wondering why I'm taking pictures of "nothing" every day.....well, come to think of it, maybe this blog isn't for you.
One day I was thinking about how life changes and how you can't very easily identify when and where the change came...all the moments that added up to the "tipping point". Of course big things are easy - someone gets married, someone dies, there's an earthquake or hurricane....but what about all the other days in between that add up to your life. The days that don't make it into the scrap book.
That's what photographing the same thing every day is about for me.....trying to catch the imperceptible changes that will occur in 100 days and make up a life....
Futile I suppose, because it's the stuff you cannot see that really matters...like how full of love is your heart? Isn't that what it all comes down to? You can't really photograph that....
